I don't know that I've seen IDW barcodes on the figures before, what's the cross promotion?

Does anyone know what Smokescreen's deco homages? Closest I've got is the Battle in a Box universe Smokescreen that used the Armada Mold.

Smokescreen's deco remings me of the Sideswipe redeco that came out under the movie lines.
