    Technically, the previous releases were "20th Anniversary Optimus Prime" and "20th Anniversary DVD Optimus Prime", the Masterpiece designation was not used in the US until Starscream in 2007, making this the first one to be released in the west as "Masterpiece Optimus Prime". However calling it MP-10 makes a lot of sense because fans have always called the last one Masterpiece Optimus Prime since that's what he basically is, Hasbro just decided to use a different name for that release.

    Hasbro UK are a joke! First they cancel MP Thundercracker and now they take forever to release MP Prime,no wonder i lost faith with them.

    My mate who works at Toys R US has confirmed to me the figure is on the system, at £100.
    The reference number is 022 745
    He said he's got no idea or clue when it will be available. He said he'd let me know when he hears a concrete date.
