This, something about the bigger Predaking doesn't look right to me.

 

I think it's because the voyager version has a lot better legs and arms. Especially the legs. I love the massive shin guards on the voyager, and the bigger version really misses out on not having them. The dragon mode is easily better, though.

EDIT: Oh, shoulders too. Both of those would look better if they had massive shoulders like their smaller versions.

 

Oh please let some of the legion figures be more Terrocon homages.

I think that the Ultimate actually has the massive shinguards - they're the black pieces that rise up and cover the thighs, which are painted.

It's just that these shinguards aren't cast in orange plastic.

 

No there is definitely something off between the relative size of his chest and legs in comparison to his head. It looks as if it's some sort of armor add on or something to that effect even though that's not the case.

Even with his arms not properly transformed there is something odd about thos proportions.

Might get Predaking, need to see reviews. Optimus Prime looks dumb and I'm 99% sure I'm passing. Don't need another Prime Optimus because FE Optimus is already damn near perfection.

 

Predaking has potential depending on better pics. Better pics aren't saving that Optimus though.

That Predaking is beautiful. The black on the edge of the wings makes a HUGE difference. Also, Cyberverse Predicon 5 pack is bought on sight.

I didn't like Optimus until I looked at his back.

There is definitely something off with the proportions, but i've got the Voyager in hand right here, and he's got the same problem.

 

I'll probably get the Ultimate Predaking. Bothers me a bit that I can't identify a head anywhere in the bot mode. But presumably that won't be an issue when better pictures follow. The dragon is certainly interesting!

That's the first thing I thought of too.

 

"Ultimate" Optimus and Predaking don't really look more interesting than their Voyager or even Cyberverse counterparts, but I'm curious as to who those 5 Legion Predacons are.

 

Most odd that the more expensive versions of the figures are less impressive than the Voyagers, looks like I'll be saving money on them and be buying the voyagers!
