Look at the FACE. Not the whole head, just the FACE. Brawn's face is only half the size as Bulkhead's, which is why Brawn looks ridiculous and Bulk doesn't.

The mold was made for Bulkhead. There is no way it can be retooled for some other robot especially Brawn of all robots.

How DARE you have a differing opinion!! Your opinion is immediately rejected, even though you actually DID explain how you reached your opinion! Good day, sir!

I get the same vibe from that as I do the G2 Megatron, on Bludgeons body. It just doesn't work.

It works for me though,i think if he was colored in R.I.D Bludgeon's colors (with some added 5mm slots in the tank turret and Darksteel's mechtech weapon) and he might have a better chance with getting away with it.

It is a different take, but Brawn was always the strong-guy of the team.

Don'tput words in my mouth. I asked legitimate questions. Just saying "it doesn't" work isn't much of an explanation. Saying the head is too small when it is the same size it always was is not helpful either.

    This is true.

But this is true as well, and it's an important distinction. It's not the overall head size that's off, it's the smaller face that's on that head that can be off-putting to some.

Also true. Traditionally Brawn has always had a small body and a big head. This toy completely flips this aesthetic, also off-putting to some.

It should also be noted that in the promo pic, he is (not shockingly) mistransformed. The wheel/wings are on his hips, basically adding more girth to the torso. And making him look fat. I'm sure if I left my Bulkhead TFd like that he'd look worse too.

This statement is hilariously ironic. There is a way, it was retooled, and it was retooled into Brawn, of all robots.
