This is one of the most hideous toys this line has come out with to date. If anything, the Prime toys just keep getting WORSE. I wouldn't waste a single cent on this piece of junk.

Is this a custom repaint of the cyberverse?

just curious as to why the size downgrade for both screamer and bulky.
they were both voyagers and now there deluxes and small ones at that.
i fear that shockwave will have the similar fate.
while prime gets upgraded to leader size.
i just don't understand hasbros logic on these choices.

More of a return for Starscream, since this isn't his first Deluxe. Also, it's a common, and good, theory that they are saving the Voyager class slots for new characters and designs that are relevant to things that'll be going on in the show.
Deluxes? Yes. Small? No. Starscream looks to be about the same size as his FE figure, and Bulkhead, while short, is really bulky.
He's already confirmed to be getting a Voyager class figure...:rolleyes2
Prime has, for quite some time now, been released in multiple size-classes. As of now, the only size-classes his Prime designs haven't touched are Legion and Deluxe.
They tout the Deluxe class as their big seller. Makes sense that the scale that supposedly sells the best gets the most molds.

I don't think I will get many of the Beast Hunters figures. I may get a Smokescreen just to have him represented. Other than that I may possibly get the Predaking figure when the larger one is released.

Actually, there is a Deluxe Prime Prime. Er, Prime Optimus. It was an exclusive at the 2011 SDCC, followed by a two-pack release with the Deluxe Megatron and the three kids as part of the First Edition wave.
