Could this be Hasbro's plan to battle 3rd party companies? If Prime looks as good as the promo art, I think I'll bite

 

All I Know is I Love Targetmasters,Headmasters,and Powermasters..I hope this is the beginning of a whole line of the concept..Two toys to combined I love this!!! Then the third party toys are awesome as well.. This is what I have been wanting.. I love Hasbro..

Current comics have shown the bots and cons in their current toy/video game incarnations. In the latest issue of Robots in Disguise, many have the same appearance as they do in toys and in Fall of Cybertron. In a way, the comics have been following the toys.

 

Wow! This is some interesting news. That Optimus looks for real! Generations 3.0 may just be the line I'll want to pick up.

 

Could be, a 3rd part company was planning on making an IDW design based Prime, looks like Hasbro will be cutting them off if they're indeed putting this one out.

Great to see we're getting some new Generations figures! Hopefully Optimus is a rightfully designed Voyager!

It better be lots and lots of James Roberts' stuff   Keep em coming back for the toys AND comics! That said, I hope Hasbro has the DJD in the works!

Would love a Masterpiece quality figure in Generations' size... MP10 is awesome, but too big for my desk at work... this looks interesting...

 

Maybe we've are getting the IDW versions of G1 Characters in Toy Form.

Almost seems like Takara/ Hasbro is activly looking at what 3rd party companies are making, like the 3rd party MP soundwave, then we have an official mp soundwave.

if Hasbro does it right, they can basically spring board off what the 3rd parties are doing, because the 3rd parties need time to promo their items

 

A new Galvatron would be welcomed as well as most of the MTMTE cast as long as we are talking IDW.

 

It'd be great to see the MTMTE and more of the comic designs cast in toy form. That said, I'd love to see that IDW Nova Prime design by Don Figueroa finally get made. It's already two figures in one! One Nova, one Nemesis Prime!

 

MP Galvatron is comming out this year if the rumors are correct, so I would venture a guess to say that is possible for a new galvatron in the generations line. seems like Hasbro/Takara like to push characters under multiple lines

 

Nah I rather see Dinobots, Aerialbots, Stealth Bomber Megs, Thundercracker, Prowl. Only one from MTMTE I would want is Magnus, Hot Rod and maybe Drift.

 

LOL! I love this cover. I can't help but imagine the "Staying Alive" theme playing as he marches down the street with his gun.
