    Does Amazon typically get things a few months behind BBTS?

    Or do they estimate later and get it around the same time?

    I am not too worried about the April date. I think its more of a placeholder since they don't have a proper estimate. The G2 Bruticus was the first time I saw Amazon getting something later than BBTS.

    Just roughly measured my energon Omega and its about 14-14.5 inches tall.

    Trust me. You aren't missing out. Fattimus Prime is easily one of the worst Prime renditions out there. The *only* way to make him look decent... is to pair him with a brickformer known as Energon Wing Saber.

    That said... figured Amazon's price tag would be the same as BBTS. BBTS would be shooting themselves in the foot if they dared to price hike a "shared exclusive" item.

    Guess my PoL will be sitting tight another few months... good lord is that box going to be huge... 40 items so far over a year's time span now. (Love BBTS PoL, ship cost is barely 30$ too! :lol )

    They got Bruticus way later than BBTS.

    Gonna hope this guy goes for clearance like Jetwing or YotD Prime. Definitely not worth $100 for me. $50, maybe.

    Just can't bite the bullet on this guy for $100. Not a big fan of the mold (from the little I have seen of it), and it is not Classicy enough for me to slap into my display.

    Same here. If it comes out sooner I should have the money and if not I will cancel it. Not having to pay shipping is another plus.

    It is about the same size.

    Armada Unicron was $50 at retail and the Amazon version was $60. Given that unlike Amazon Unicron which used Takara's new head Omega's new head and right arm haven't been used elsewhere and the premium nature of this version as well as the general price increase and less plastic used in current size classes the price difference is largely understandable. I was hoping for $70 or $80 but it is what it is.

    I feel the exact same way - plus my running short of display space doesn't help.

    Now if he goes on sale, then I'll prolly bite.
