Since they are going into Transformers 4 knowing that they are starting a new trilogy, hopefully this means there will be a story arc stretching over all 3 movies that they can establish during the writing process of TF4. It would be awesome if TF4 ended on a cliffhanger! EDIT: Yeah, that.
Man if they actually planned a whole thing out that'd atleast would be a sign of some effort. Boy we can sure dream.
Yep, looks like the prediction may be coming true. As of now, I am 69% sure Bay is going to direct another Transformers trilogy. That percentage could go up or down in time. Probably up.
If I remembered, TF4 would be the only movie Michael Bay will make, So TF5 and TF6 will have to be directed by someone else.
If I were Bay I've have the end of TF4 be a total downer. Most of the Autobots dead, Decepticons taking over the planet, etc. And then just walk out laughing at the new director, "Try following up from there!"
Kind of like what they did with Transformers the movie, Then the rest of the series had to deal with all new characters.
This makes me both intrigued and discerned. Intrigued because he's an Irish actor who has a compelling life story and my shared heritage with him. aka he's Irish. How is he supposed to play a Texan though. Is he going to just fake an accent or is there more to it like him being not a legit Texan and just an Irish kid living in Texas. If anything the latter is my hope because forcing an accent tends to distract the actor from the acting sometimes.
I really hope the character is an Irish kid living in the States. Fake southern accents are worse than real southern accents.
I actually just watched the Nostalgia Critic's Transformers cartoon review. The one where he's Optimus doing human addition for TF4. I was kind of feeling down afterward, mostly because it reminded me of just how much of a joke the film series has made Transformers in the public eye. That and honestly it wasn't really one of the NC's best vids...Kinda dull... Then I see that there will be three more films continuing the same movie continuity...I'm just full on completely depressed now.
