I can't really tell, but I think there are stress marks on the elbow joints..

It could be the lighting but I see it on both left and right

Is it just me?

Nope, not just you. Someone pointed them out earlier and they do appear to be stress marks.

the two minions look pretty decent, laserbeak is kinda weak from the underside. dont care for how they did the piledrivers at all.

To me, the goatee for both frenzy/rumble looks ok to me

Thinking about it, this probably is a test run or unfinished model. On the box the pile driver end has both parts blue. On this, the top part is black (which I thought was odd). Gives me slightly more hope.
