I can't order another item from CP until my Shooter Masters that I paid for almost a YEAR AGO actually ships, or I get my money back! Honestly, can't get my money back for items that's almost a year late? That's a swindle.

Are these "exclusive" items solely for losing customers? I mean, do they actually exist, or did I get sucked into Vaporware? Pre-paying for pre-orders like this makes CP a no go for me, there's a reason the prices appear so low, than something like this happens and you realize WHY!

Is there anyway to at least get store credit for this debacle?

So you are placing all the blame on CP for a 3rd party item being delayed, gotcha. Unless you ordered a ton of them its a fairly cheap 3rd party item as well. Anyways theres always some negative nancy out there but in my experience CP and Sidecutter are great, they package your items as well as the big boys like BBS and TFS and ship fast. Congrats on the sponsorship.

I've ordered from CP a few times in the past, and Orson has always been awesome. I wish I had been smart and checked his site for Hegemon before I bought it on ebay - I wouldn't still be waiting! Won't be making that mistake again.
