I bought an Omega Sentinel a while back and he had an error "Omega Supreme" head I wish I could get him a proper head though.

 

I'm pretty happy about it myself. My Energon Prime is faceplate less, and part of the appeal of this one is that he has it.

Omega will be mine now. Looks great, the colors and the new claw and head are perfect mostly. But forgive me if this has been asked before but does the head still detach?

Omega is gorgeous! Can't wait to pick this guy up! Also, after seeing how they went to make Optimus so G1-like, it's a shame they didn't extend the color scheme of his add-ons to match. He just looks kind of weird with all the diff colored limbs.

 

It's been a long time since I've looked at either of these figures and thought "want." The beautiful artwork on the packaging along warrants a must in my book.

I agree with Star Saber though, would've loved it if Chubby Prime's limbs were painted to match, but that's an insignificant gripe from me as both will be purchased (as long as Amazon isn't asking too much, that is).

 

Looks good, but it definitely looks to me like the "Headmaster" gimmic from the old Energon guy wasn't retained in this new head. Hm... bit of a minus check for me.

 

Man... Omega looks downright gorgeous... That headsculp is just amazing too. The new paint and head make him a *fantastic* G1 update I'd say.

While the paint apps on Optimus are good... the figure is still a polished turd. Sorry. Fattimus Prime is an atrocity that only looks decent when paired with Brick Saber.

Wonder if they'll eventually re-release Wing Saber in that regards now actually... or maybe Metroplex in a G1 Scheme and retooled head... that'd be nice items to add to this line.

One curiosity though... What does one do with Omega's head now? It looks like he's no longer a Head Master... maaaaybe a micro tank given the turret thing on his head... but that's an awkward item to fit inside his shoulder, no?
