When I see this work of art....I want to punch myself in the FACE, when I look around at these TFP trinkets Ive wasted cash on. Ive already said, for the beast hunters line, Im taking Voyager Ultra Magnus's box (disgusted with how cheap that one is...) And Everytime I see a new Deluxe or voyager I would normally want, Im just tossing in the $15 or $25 bucks for it, to buy MP soundwave. That will knock out 2 things, Me WASTING any amount of money on mainline garbage, and quickly give me the cash to buy this. 5 Chinsy "combaticons" at $15 a pop..Thats $75 bucks right there.. Im seriously hoping I can mod MP soundwave to fit in small speakers and a input jack...
Decent pictures and it looks fairly nice. Guess that means it should be out soon. Can't say I'm too interested in pictures, though - I'm more interested in reviews. Given the QC track record of the MP figures lately, there's bound to be something wrong with this toy and I'd like to know what the inevitable QC issue(s) is/are before spending the money on MP Soundwave.
Looks fricking awesome. Want. But I still need all the other Masterpieces, I will probably not get this one either
I love the guys smirk in the pic lol. Yeah, we all know ur the shit now for havin him first. I give you props for that.
Hasbro's undoubtedly gonna release it. The only reasons they've ever skipped MPs are safety/gun laws, and (theoretically) licensing issues. Soundwave violates neither.
I just cant afford this right now.... gonna have to wait for the Hasbro version.... I hope they leave the colors the same... I dont see what they could add... or take away
Pre-ordered this yesterday from BBTS. Just couldn't resist. And yeah, this guy could've taken some better pics...
I'm pretty sure it will have to be at least slightly different. That being said, why would it be a problem if it's very similar? Soundwave is one of the few early Tf toys that was very close to the Animation in both forms and even in transformation method. He doesn't need to be overly complex just for the sake of it.
^ Seems more like the pictures were taken right out of the box after opening, and to say, "look at this cool thing I just got!" on a personal blog/Facebook or something. I don't think these photos were meant to be review pics at all; they were just reposted elsewhere, like this TF forum.
