Is there a case count of how many of who come to a case yet?

 

It's random. The cases I've opened all have 24 and didn't include a full set. They were all just mixed in. It took me a while to get the 1 I was missing.

 

Random sadly, one case I found was mostly Slingshot, Bludgeon, and Airachnid. No Hook or Dirge to be found...

 

It's getting frustrating... Everywhere I've gone that has these things, maybe half of the time there's none. Problem is I keep finding Slingshot, Warpath and Bludgeon. One place had a bunch of Singe. Appreciate the id numbers Hasbro, but random cases is pretty lame.

 

Well shit! So far I've been to 7 Walgreens here in Dallas and haven't found any yet. Is there a street date or do I just need to keep checking. Most of them had shelf tags for then but no boxes so I don't think I've missed them yet. :/

 

I keep checking out local Walgreens in Michigan and I keep finding 1 or 2 that are mixed into the bins of other blind packed toys. So the boxes are showing up, and selling out. I just catch the loose ones people missed or hid.

Walgreens allows you to se the free Kreon coupons from the newspaper for the new wave, and they allow you to use as many as you want. I just for 30 coupons off ebay for $5, so I'm ready to pick up a lot of free Kreons!

 

FYI. Target has wave 1 but they are putting them out with the valentine stuff in the back of the store, NOT in the toy section. I've been to four Targets in the last few days and each had them with the valentine stuff.

 

I found a lone pack at Target last night. As the above poster said, it was tucked away in the Valentines section. Didn't even bother to look at the numbers as there was only one.

Got Rampage, a little disappointing but not the worst one in there.

 

Funny. Rampage was the only one I was missing. It took me a week to find one.

 

Do they break these down like the Halo Mega Bloks and have common, rare and ultra rare ranking?
Or is it completely random and they just throw a handful into a case and call it a day.

 

the likely scenario. my wife and I found a full set at our local target. only one box but she help me go through and make sure we had the twelve.

I realize we got lucky but if some are short and some have full sets, I'm not sure how much more random you can get. Also from what I've been reading people have had trouble locating different figures while others find the ones they need in droves.

I'm going with 100% complete randomness.

 

i found my set between 2 Targets last night. First one had 11/12 that i needed. Warpath, Springer, and Rampage were more than abundant in that box. Hook was missing. Went to a second Target and found Hook. i grabbed it and didnt look at the rest of the case count. i would like to think they're random. and with their being 12 for a full set, i don't think there's really a rare not rare ratio. that would be nuts.

 

Thanks for the heads up Fuzz, when I stopped at a Target today I wouldn't have even looked there. I grabbed 6 random ones (that had different numbers of course), and apparently that was half of them. I got Springer, Warpath, Inferno, Quickslinger, Blast Off, and Airachnid.

Now I'll have to actively search for Singe, Rampage, Insecticon, Hook, Dirge, and Bludgeon.

 

No problem. I would've never known they were with the valentine stuff either if I didn't go to Target with my wife the other day. My son and I checked Target a few time prior too, but never checked the valentine section.

Bludgeon was definitely the hardest for us to find. Only one out of the four Targets we went to had him. He's #51.

 

Just found them at Target. EVERY SINGLE ONE was either 48, 49, or 50. There's 20 packs here...

 

Wow, that's a terrible selection! From the four boxes I've found, I assumed each box came with two of each.

 

Yeah, I was ticked. I'm getting them for my son and I told him he could have 6 (half of the wave). It really sucked to only have 3 to choose from. He really wanted Bludgeon, but it wasn't meant to be...

 

That's the one my son wanted the most, too. He was hard to find. Only the last of the four Targets we went to had him.

 

I just found a Target today that in an overfilled box had every figure. Only one of Bludgeon of course, which I finally snagged. The assortments in these boxes are poor. Their randomizers make too many clumps of just a few different figures in each. Hopefully wave 2 is better sorted.
