    I used the free Supersaver shipping and it was "expected to arrive November 23" (a full week after shipping), yet it arrived today (the day after it shipped).

    I got mine today and while I haven't had a chance to open it yet, it looks pretty badass, it's bigger than I expected, and the packaging is pretty sweet and worth keeping.

    Shipping box perfect. G2 Bruticus smashed up. Window box cracked open, cardboard looks like it was sat on, robots inside a mess. Don't they LOOK before shipping?

    I was afraid of this, so I cancelled my pre order with Amazon and went with BBTS since everyone seemed to get perfect boxes from them. But no, not me, mine arrived from BBTS in the same condition as you described from Amazon. I am so disappointed, especially since everyone else here besides the two of us has received good boxes. I didn't plan on opening mine. I give up.

    Mine arrived today. A few minor dings in the packaging but nothing major. Can't wait to open him, he's sitting on my desk in box at work and everyone is coming over to admire him.

    Don't give up. You paid for a standard grade item and you received one in sub standard condition. I know BBTS will replace it and I'm pretty sure they will pay for return shipping too.

    I got mine from Amazon on Friday. Box was pristine and the figure inside is every bit what I hoped for.

    In addition, BBTS will most likely give you store credit for your trouble on top of it -- they did to me.

    BBTS's packaging has gone downhill lately so yea, call them out on it if you're not happy with what you got.
