With this delay, Takara sets themselves up for a major release every month, for atleast the next 6 or so months

 

I don't mind at all. Matter of fact, it works out better for me.

 

I preordered with RobotKingdom so this is a pain in the ass. I also ordered MP12 and 14 with it so all 3 will be pushed back. I might just ask RK to change my order and get sideswipe now.

 

The slight irony is that i can now buy some 3P items i was putting off til January.

well there goes my christmas as got mp12 ,13 and 14 all on the same order  

 

I'm pretty sure that when the Amazon Japan MP-13 was listed with an accutely limited quantity, I got straight onto RK and preordered one and that should mean it was paid for upfront. So no real saving benefits per se but my disposable income has well and truly recuperated, so I'll take that.   To that another bonus is I didn't PO MP-14 at the same time, so he might arrive in the holliday season, maybe in ht nw year if I wait for some Takara FoC figures.

I'd like to have something arrrive before Christmas though. Hopefully the Voyager Artfires make it to BBTS in time for that.

 

Does anyone think that this means that MP-13 is now Red Alert and MP-14 is Soundwave?

 

I don't care about Fortress Maximus and Soundwave is already paid for so I'm not very happy with this delay especially since I ordered Alert and Soundwave at once at RK so I won't get Alert in december either.

This delay pushes the main MP release schedule to 1 MP a month starting this december. If only Takara could keep this rate, maybe we could get a full MP G1 cast before we all die from old age.

Yeah, kinda buggers up my Christmas as it was the only thing I wanted, but there are worse problems in the wild to deal with.

Maybe I'll just buy more Vita stuff

I pushed his shipment time back so that I could receive him with the Rumble/Ravage 2 pack.

 

Man! I was getting Soundwave for my birthday and will have the money set aside. Not very happy about the delay.  

 

I'm really bummed out about Soundwave. This is terrible news for me, but I hope it gives them time to ensure that the kind of QE issues that affected Sideswipe won't be repeated. It now almost concerns me that Red Alert isn't delayed.

 

Booo, ssss... oh well, never mind. Waiting is one of the "trials" of preordering, after all.

Perhaps it's to flip the numbering; get Alert out this year and have Soundwave's release immediately ahead of the MP tape packs.

 

Ft Max delayed a couple of weeks is ok. Mp Soundwave delayed a month sucks but I can live with it.
