yep, waist not wrapped round, shoulder car wings down, chest not popped out, arms not flattened together, elbows.......just wow! is that it reminds me of MECH cars (convoy)
the only DE figure I really want. I feel like the translucent green is a bit more flashy than the normal retail figure's red and maroon. It's totally inaccurate, but I feel like it suits him, oddly enough.
If you're that conflicted then pass. I sincerely doubt these will be a super fast sell out, so take a few days after they starting hitting and reviews begin to show up, and then reassess at that point. That's what I do if I'm at all ambivalent about a purchase. As you said, it's money that can always be better used elsewhere. Knee jerk purchases 1 out of 10 times become something more than you planned, but that still leaves 9 purchases that you aren't necessarily over the moon about. Don't let this one be one of those 9!
clearly you're misinformed of homages, i.e. references to color schemes or aesthetics of a character in the past now present on a new character. Knockout's color scheme here, whether intentional or not is pretty much an homage to toxitron. just because it's 'dark energon' line doesnt mean that the homage isn't there...wow. also Megatron didn't infuse 'THEM' with Dark Energon in the show, only himself and some dead cybertronians.. -_-. Anyway, this Dark Energon line isn't really doing it for me. Wheeljack might be cool, but I just love his original colors so much better. Megatron seemed like the only good one, but his inaccurate colors are a turn off.
Wow. That's uh...that's...mistransformed. That's...wow. For a company in the business of selling Transformers, that's uh...yeah. Wow.
sad thing is that's the instructions...though you'd think by now they would see reviews on youtube that show how to clip everything together a bit better
There is much wisdom in what you say. I decided to do exactly as you suggested, cancelled my preorder and ill wait it out and see how things go. Thanks for the help, i do appreaciate it
Rather than an exclusive "Dark Energon" Knock Out, how 'bout just a just Knock Out that has a show accurate paint scheme rather than the hideously cheap looking standard retail version? .
It's strangely appealing. Although I wish it was a clear plastic in the colour of the original release. 'Phase-Shifting' Knock Out. You just can't get the staff these days...
