    Always sad to hear about the passing of a voice actor. They provide the heart and spirit of the characters they portray for millions of kids all over the world. Rest in peace Mr. Sansom with the knowledge that you entertained a generation and that your legacy will entertain many more generations to come.

    He'll be missed. Hound was a favorite of mine, in no small part thanks to his prominent role in the opening MTMTE miniseries in the cartoon. He had this great "nice person" voice that stood out among the Autobot cast.

    Hound was one of my favorite characters in the cartoon and Mr. Sansom's excellent voice work certainly played a part in that. Wish I could have met him at a Botcon. RIP

    I'm very sad to hear of this. I extend my prayers to the family. Hound is part of the core G1 cast, so of course he's a special character for me.
