is this another really short deluxe? If there's one thing my collection don't need, it's one more tiny deluxe seeker.

 

I hope they release Skywarp and Sunstorm repaints. As of now though, I can hold out on Starscream until it goes on sale.

 

Hah, I would prolly grab a Sunstorm or Acid Storm repaint. Makes a LOT more sense in my classics collection that way.

It's a prototype/test-shot, which are rarely done in the actual colors of the final toy. They're basically test runs of the molds to check for molding errors or plastic tolerance issues.

 

I'm not the biggest fan of the FoC designs but I like em enough and this SS looks like the game model so....bought.

I know people will first and foremost want the standard Seeker repaints... but I reeeally think that at some point this mold should be repainted as Classics Triggerhappy.

I know. It's pretty spot on. It shouldn't be too hard to DIY, though. Just a repaint, head swap, and finding the appropriate Targetmaster.

 

Man, the lukewarm response is really killing my enthusiasm.

But taken on its own, it looks like a pretty cool mould. I've wanted a toy of the WFC Starscream design since the first game, and on top of that, he's supposed to come with the Neutron Assault Rifle from FOC, so I'm definitely still getting him, size or complexity be damned. I never bought Transformers just because I wanted HUGE toy or something silly like that.

 

This doesn't look THAT small to me, but need to see it next to WfC Megs/SW and FoC Shockwave for a decent comparison.


I quite like these colours, it's like a Rhinox inspired deco.

 

I hope he doesn't tower over Shockwave.

 

This guy looks so amazing. I can't wait to get one! BBTS says it's estimated to arrive in November! SO PUMPED.

The robot mode looks exceptionally good in that fourth pic.

With a slight remold of the front end of the jet and a new head, he'd make a great FOC Jetfire.
