The crotch/hip piece is supposed to be flipped down (the swivel joint was very tight on my Kup figure) to give him some extra height and make his hip joints more level below his belt/waist (with added clearance so nothing bumps up against each other). Opened Kup yesterday and he's a decent mold, if a little on the small and hollow side. I gave him FP Warbot Defender's twin pistols; he looks cool dual-wielding those. I also tried the twin Perceptor pistols that came with iGear's weapon kit but the peg handles are a little tight, plus I liked the black of Defender's guns to better match Kup. Kup's twin iGear guns are a bit loose since the peg handles are closer to 4mm than 5mm. Generations Kup's musket rifle looks OK with RiD Kup though with his short forearms and lack of wrist rotation, he's a bit awkward trying to hold the thing with two blocky fists. I'll definitely give RiD Kup's twin black cannon to AM Ironhide. His AM partner looks OK but I don't much like the puke orange color they molded him in. Looking forward to starting a TFP Wreckers display with those two, RiD Ultra Magnus, and GDO Springer!  For President 2016: Punishment and enslavement we can believe in. |
