Well, this just became an easy pass. As with Botcon Gigatron/Overlord before it, this proves that body doesn't work with a Classics head.

Also, that smile is particularly creepy.

G1 head on a skeletal body designed for aspecific character just doesn't fit. And the head sculpt is pretty terrible to boot.

Fortunately, with the way many people hate it, it'll mean less competition when trying to get it.

Needs the purple camo pattern. Otherwise not too bad. It's not a priority, but I might pick it up if I see it and like it in person.

A Concrete Grey or silver one would have looked quite cool - it would have given him a Silver Samurai look and tied him closer to the Alternity & G1 toys too.

I can see what they are going for though he's not that much brighter than G2 Megatron and if he bothers you he's quite easy to consider as Megastorm instead.
