As with everything Hasbro lately. Mega super ultra pass. Fruiticus is still as awful as SDCC Bruticus, and a cheaper pricetag isn't going to sway me for clogging my limited space with more crap. FP's addons are sitting quite comfy on my desk at the moment.
Probably be a while before I see these here. My local Target has three pegs that have had nothing but TF Prime Bumblebee sitting on them for at least 2 months.
Oddly enough my Onslaught, Swindle, Vortex, and Blast Off just arrived from TFCC. Much nicer in person! Blast Off and Onslaught look particularly nice. Brawl is in my POL at BBTS right now because they didn't have him available yet... Since my Target is unlikely to get anything new, I'm happy.
That's my reservation as well. Back when deluxes were around 10 bucks, this set would be roughly 50 bucks. I may be more inclined to spend that 90 on a solid 3rd party figure although I think some of the FOC Combaticons look really nice.
i think what will suck more than not finding these at your store is finding 3 of the 5 or 4 of the 5 cause people want just one or two of their fav combaticons. as much as i want the complete set. at about $83 after tax, i would settle for just a swindle. 'make deals, not war'!
I'm pretty sure I won't see any of these here. way too many other collectors and the whole Scalping thing. :/ If I do every see them though, i hope it's just Swindle and Brawl I find. I'm used to them being individual characters now.
Hopefully my Target will have these soon, right now they only have one Jazz so with any luck they'll restock with this wave.
I'm gonna be chill about this. I expect to only find 2 or 3 when I do get to the stores. That's cool. I won't be spending a lot all at once then, and I can always go out to find the others again.
Checked 3 targets and nothing...TF sections is like so empty. I think TRU might have better lucky in that
Don't wanna sound too much like a cheap arse, but at $15 apiece, I may have to pass up on these guys!
