I like that paint scheme. If I ever decided to customize my ROTF Megs, I'd definitely use this as a reference for repainting.

This. Even the Legends figure has an elbow joint. No reason for a much larger figure to NOT have that bit of articulation.

i do like this toy. but i don't think i need a second one. though it is good for some one who doesn't have it yet. and the colors are pretty nice.

and i agree, it would of been way better if the plastic was clear. especially in the chest area. assuming they are keeping the lights and sound gimmick.

TakTomy are just fully utilising the mold,that's all. Moreover a Leader class Megatron is so expensive nowadays,TakTomy will be stupid enough if not to use this mold again.
