A day later and I think I may cancel my Voyager preorder. I really just like the megatron colors, and I can probably live without the whole shebang. Especially since I have a whole bunch of preorders in December with BBTS so I'm gonna get killed in December. If My wallet is going to be broken, I think I'd much rather it be by MP Soundwave than these. I'm just a sucker for exclusives.

Anyone know what the packaging will be like on these? Is it worth springing for the collector's grade or are these going to be cheaply packaged in a little baggie or something.

You completely missed the point of my post. The post I responded to was talking about how peeps will pay $100 for repaints of CHUG figures, yet they complain about paying retail prices for repaints of Prime figs. When I said CHUG guys will pay insane prices, I was referring to $100 repaints.

These aren't like the club subscription figures so these will have actual packaging.

From a business perspective, this is a smart decision.
They wont end up with "pegwarmers", so to speak.

As for all the complaining about not selling them invidually..
If you really want these, then suck it up, pay for the sets, and sell the figures you dont want afterwards.
..And life goes on.
yup. well said.

Cancelled both my deluxe and voyager pre-orders last night. I just couldn't justify spending 120 bucks on two maybe three figs that I wanted. Re-selling is too much of a hassle and almost everybody on here will be doing it. So I respect and appreciate what BBTS did, but because the figs weren't sold individually, they lost my purchase. I may be in the minority and be very insignificant as far as adding to their revenue, but it's still a purchase and every penny counts as the saying goes.

I'm sure that they'll EVENTUALLY sell them separately, but don't expect them to be $15 a piece for Slicer or Wasp...

I'm with you, and all I can say is this. E Mail BBTS and explain your situation. If enough of us let BBTS know that we WANT to spend money with them...but only on the figures that we want, maybe they will sell them separately.

I E Mailed them today, and will probably get a response on Tuesday (Monday being a Holiday). I honestly feel that if enough of us let BBTS know that this package deal is an issue, that they will fix it.

^and you'll pay $30 each for the two figures you want. Also, as we have said, with the DVD included, there is a chance that this is a boxset.
Wants: Botcon Grimlock, Dreadwing, Animated EG Prowl, Henkei BB, Smokescreen, Mirage, Sunstreaker

Yep. $60 for four or $50 for two. Their choice.
