Yeah, like I said in a different thread that I sold all my Transformers, with the exception of my Masterpiece figures, my Revoltechs, and Classics Jetfire. Now I only collect the 3rd party figures and accessories that TT/Hasbro will never make and the Masterpiece line. Not only do I have a ton more room, but my displays look so much better.

Because some people apparently need to keep saying it until someone else finally acknowledges their bitching with agreement.

    1) Because some people live in denial ......
    2) Because some people refuse to believe what they read , heard , saw for the past 5, 6 months.

Ah. It seems every thread delivers plenty of animosity now. People don't like the price or the figure and other posters jump all over them. Guess what? Everyone doesn't have to like the same thing. Get over it.

So glad I have a preorder on this guy!!

Now I just need a 3rd party jetpack for him and those exclusive pile drivers.

And I will probably pick up the Hasbro release if they do him.

I would buy a 3rd party jetpack. Right now. And I'm sure I'll end up buying a Hasbro release...especially if there's no ehobby G2 colored exclusive on the horizon. I'd feel better about painting the hasbro release than I would the takara.

When is this guy supposed to be out again?

I mean, isn't this early to get these images with it in final stage with the box and all?

To the casuals complaining about the size + price: This toy isn't for you. Enjoy your Kreos and Botshots.

I also wouldn't be so sure about a USA release - who knows if Hasbro have or can even obtain the appropriate license from Lambo? There's a reason that we never got a DOTM Mirage toy... And even if it did come out, other have rightfully noted that it'll probably be a TRU exclusive. I can't see it being cheaper than $40 + tax. Factor in the likely secondary market prices ETC it'll probably end up costing close to the Takara version anyway. Got mine for $80 shipped from RK.

As much as ll and I have disagreed before I'm going to say that she's correct here except for the whole Botshots comment that was a bit uncalled for as everyone has the right to determine what he or she thinks their is worth based on size and quality but any how. There is no guarantee that Hasbro will obtain The Lamo license. I don't think they will have an issue obtaining it other than price as DOTM Mirage/Dino was a Ferrari and Mattel has exclusive toy rights for them. I know they are owned by the same company but, it is separate licensing. It most likely will be a TRU exclusive and easily $40+ and again people will still complain that thats too much... and they will be harder to get for the average person. I mean right now there are several sites to preorder from and that guaranties you one. Just that alone is worth the extra $20 to me and it would cost me $20 in gas to get to and from the closest TRU to me and lets not even go into TRU's website. Plus the fact that Hasbro's plastic and paint apps "usually" look cheaper. These are Lamborghini's I want them to look pristine showroom condition and not like some kit car. That's my take at least. If you're on the fence I say go for it for the rest, I hope that you don't decide you want these later as you will probably pay twice as much. These new SS and RA looks so sharp if Hasbro ever does release them I'll pick those up as well and leave my Takara versions in alt mode. Man I cannot wait till these come out.

Said it before but I'd love a fully scale accurate line, say 1/32 Alternity scale but with Prime as a truck, Megs as a tank and huge-ass F-15 seekers. But this is definitely the next best thing. Seriously happy with how this line is going in terms of sizes now.
