Was going to pass because it doesn't work as Kup, and Ironhide HAS to be a voyager. And my nitpicks about it keep increasing. (i.e. the shoulder kibble looks to chunky, the fake chest is just about as bad as Ratchets)

But then somebody mentioned Dipstick...

But... It's not. It's TRANSFORMERS PRIME KUP. It's not from Generations at all...

It's even right on the package.

I wish IDW would do a Prime comic so these off screen characters can appear... Maybe in the Dinobot book..

Simple Trademark name retention.. TakaTomyBro has to $$$$ to keep a name, and only has access to for so long, this was if he sells well, we MAY get Another BETTER Kup Toy! But if he sell poorly, then no one cares about the Kup character and they'll give up the name and make more Bumblebee's.... maybe a whole line of nothing but Bumblebees save $$$ on names, why not every kid loves BUMBLEBEE!!!

Why are they releasing another kup figure when the generations one was perfectly okay, even better if you got the igears head. Why doesn't Takara just release a fancy shiny red one while hasbro release a regular red one. I'd totally buy it since i have yet to own a CHUG ironhide.

this would make a sweet base for a generations swindle custom, im thinking of doing a chug bulkhead custom from this mold myself depending on how tall he is, i will probably still do it anyways because it is a sweet mold, i may also do the yellow turbomaster scorch from this mold to which could make for an interesting build but again it all depends on the size.

Looks great. Wonder how hard it would be to pop the head off of Generations Kup and swap it out, cuz I like this one a lot more. No stupid ass rubberbands in the chest transformation for starters...

Dam! The Local TRU and Walmart have only ever received Wave 1 deluxe! Is this revenge for us getting the FE? All I ask for is for them to Stock up on Ratchet and Arcee!

There has, so far, been no indication of a deluxe Ironhide in the US.
