They are going to be a part of a new subscription system that allows you to purchase all six figures and have it shipped to you on a timed basis. Details of how often they ship has yet to be released and the cost has not been revealed yet. They did say that there may be opportunities to purchase individual figures but pricing would be different for per figure purchases (most likely higher price). Don't know if this is going to replace the regular exclusives that TFCC run every year (Drift and Over-run). More likely than not these figures will not be in a special design box like the Drift and Overrun.

Not really seeing what differences there are between TFCC Breakdown and the KO one offered by CHMS. I'm not biting on these (and Breakdown is the only one I'm interested in) unless TFCC finally accepts PayPal (and the security it offers; stolen credit cards numbers are NOT worth any toy, no matter how exclusive).

Tempting, but the hit-to-miss ratio is a little off for me, and I'm too lazy to sell off somewhere between 3 and five figures to make the math even out.

Have some of you guys been living under a rock? The Club has been talking about a subscription service for over a year. At Botcon this year, they released colored layout samples of the six figures. Figures are expected to retail for $50-$60 a piece so expect the subscription to cost anywhere from $325-$400 including shipping. If they use the same model as the GI Joe Club Subscription Service (which I assume they wiil) you can pay in three installments with a service charge of $3 per payment. The toys are made to order, meaning as many members who sign up is the number of figures made, and sign up is open for three weeks. If available, extra figures can be purchased individually from the club store. The Joe SS gets a freebie figure but I don't believe said freebie has been mentioned on the Transformers side.

To he people complaining about them "coming too soon" or "FP not giving us enough time to save up"... They told us at Botcon it could start as early as LATE JUNE. It's MID AUGUST. They're running behind. You've had almost 4 months to save up. We knew it would probably be 3-400... We've had almost two extra months. Hopefully they start tomorrow. We'd still have 3 weeks..

Edit: ha! 03mach1 beat me to it..

Yeah; there's been no word of a freebie aside from the usual membership figure.

I'm only interested in buying Slipscream. I might get this off of ebay if the price is decent.
