This guy was released in my local Toymaster 3 months ago, I didn't think it was worth mentioning since the colours looked boring and thought he was mass released everywhere. I also saw loads of them in Toys R Us two weeks back.

Now the news I'm waiting for is wave 4 of Bot Shots.

well I know what I saw and picked up and then put down because those blades looked too silly.

and judging by the others I'm not alone.

No He's been out a long time - months in fact he's been repeatedly spotted in TRU and Large ASDA's I know as I've been swearing about it for weeks as I have neither near me - I finally got one 2 weeks ago in Toymasters.

And he's been out quite a while in America too he's just poorly distributed.

I wouldn't worry about the blades the fold up and you don't really notice them - I keep thinking the idea is to re-docorate the set as ratchet sometime as I tried Ratchet in it and he fits perfects since he's derived from a similar mould that shares parts with Ironhide he fits fine.

Oh and I put in a e-mail when in stock email request for the Matrix botshot giftset and I got an E-mail on Tuesday to say it was in stock. They also had it on the shelf when I bought Ironhide in Toymaster - not only that but they had he Prime wave with Knockout and Vehicon in it I stil can't find a Bumblebee Cyberverse vehicle in the UK though.

Nothing as yet, but one has to be in the works I would think.

The 2013 Spinshot Ironhide looks like it's Red - its got a quite different look to the Botshots one though - there is another single packed Ironhide in a latter wave as a single packed toy - that one is black.

I wonder if they might make a clear red one as a future chase figure perhaps ?
Sunstorm suggests that they are going to still make Botshots as well as the other kinds like Jumpshots & Spinshots etc. into 2013..

I think it's quite impressive that we actually got 40+ figures in just a few months and many more to come next year too.

The only downside being is has it - I wonder distracted Hasbro from developin the Cyberverse line a bit more than they did in 2013. I'd not be surprised if the 2013 Legions are a bit thin on the ground still too (I hope they don't replace them with (new) "Legends" -Data Discs completely) I have a suspicion that Legions in particular is a line they are throttling back on and will only come back in force when the 4th Movie comes out.
