The Jet Vehicon is a "reshell" of the regular Vehicon - in other words, it takes the basic robot but changes out the car vehicle panels for flight mode ones. It's a nice variation on the regular Vehicon, and together with the First Edition which was a different design completely you have a cool (if a little pricey) way to assemble a squad of three Vehicons without any two being the same. This one is another in a growing number of releases that seem to be unlikely to see a US release at this time.
