No PC demo, at least for the moment, but the game is now up for prepuchase on Steam.

Interesting to me is the lack of High Moon being mentioned anywhere.

Probably a good sign that Mercenary's doing a somewhat involved port. At least I hope it is.

I never got to play WFC because I do not own a PS3 or X360. But I recently read the PC version is just as good? Can anyone atest to this? If so I might pick it up.

Personally I loved the PC version. Make sure you download the FPS unlock tool otherwise the PC version is capped at 30 fps:

The MP has more cheaters, and less players, and you may lag more than console if your computer isn't mega hyper amazing, but it's the same, save for the lack of DLC.

"Where is it/you at?" (and similar statements using "at") IS BAD GRAMMAR. Thank you for your time.

I've never ordered from streampowered before, but it looks like you pay them and you download the game? How does that work with a 9gb game? Does it install the game to your hard drive or give you a file you have to burn to DVD?

When you purchase the game you have to download every byte of data for the game and then you are able to play the game. The problem with steam is that if you don't have very fast internet download speed you will be waiting all day for the game to download.
