damn, makes me wish I had the original figure it is based on. I would get this one because of the killer shark/beast paint job and the head sculpt is really amazing! Much better than the original figure by far.

I would take all the cool stuff of this version and customize the other figure to make one awesome character. Obviously the bright red and purple crap would be the first to go.

CBFF, the headmold obviously is a give away that that is what Hasbro was trying to do, but I wonder if there were intellectual/copy righted reasons why they couldn't name the figure Ransack. However it is still a pretty slick G2 homage, and the shark . . . yup getting on the bandwagon

Hm... the purple guns and red propellers seem wrong, but dat shark deco seems oh so right. Hasbro knows how to paint their plane TFs.

It could also be because Animated/Classics Lugnut stole Ransacks color scheme as well, thus doing this mold in Ransack's colors would seem repetitive, especially with the purple body and green arms.

^We shall see about that

Perhaps their first intention was to use the Highbrow mold in these colors and the decision to make the toy Powerdive came second.

The head is pretty obviously Powerdive's, at least with the goggles down. I think they might have picked this mould over any helicopter-based ones so that they could use the spinning arm propellers as a sort of homage to the original toy's Rotorforce gimmick.
