Transformers Prime Deluxe Ratchet's Alternate Head is Swerve?

Interesting turn of events. That Swerve head appears to be the same head which appeared on the instruction sheet for Transformers Prime Ratchet.

TF Prime Ratchet Instructions show NEW head

We know from Aaron Archer's comments at SDCC that Breakdown is in "cost limbo". Could the American release of Swerve, if there is one, use Ratchet's Mold?

Uh, I don't think those are the same head design. The Ratchet one kind of looks like Roadbuster to me.

I was thinking the same thing initially. But looking at it more and the lines, it does actually look like it. Need better pics of Swerve.

I was sceptical too, but the lines and the forehead definitely seem similar. Better pics of both would swing it but I thought it was worth mentioning as a rumour, especially given the implications.

I could see this being the case. Though I'd rather see Ratchet's mold used for something else

What is this about the Breakdown mold not being workable in the US market?

Aaron Archer said that the Breakdown mold:

A. Would cost more than the $19-$22 a voyager usually costs if released

B. It would cost too much money in order to remove the Minicon ports from its Arms Micron release
