No no that's the thing. I'm quite amazed at a lot of people's comments saying they'll choose the Takara version if the Hasbro one available to them was close to the Takara price. Just seems strange to pay even higher for practically the same toy
where there are none of the usual Takara advantages, just because the Hasbro one is marked up higher than they liked. Is it because they feel they aren't being gouged by the Takara price because it's SRP (when it certainly looks like they are, virtually the same toy after all)?

That would be understandable if the Hasbro one was more expensive, but it seems in most cases, the Hasbro one is still cheaper than the Takara one, just not by the huge amount the US one will be.

true if i wanted to buy the one that has been spotted in Signapore, but that doesn't make a difference when either the takara or the hasbro version reaches the Netherlands

Well, Ive had mine for weeks now, and the only things that do fall off are the fingers but mostly when you're pressing the hand wrongly to tighten the grip
