Eh, TRU isn't my favorite place. The stores get crappy distribution and the online stocking is sporadic at best. In any case, it isn't the end of the world, I'll just have to work a little bit harder to get my hands on one.

Awwww shucks. Don't care about the price/trailer debate. I care that it's gonna be a huge challenge to get one now.  

 

TFXProtector needs a thumbs up button. That was the most incredible thing Ive read on this site next to a TJDuckett review. Personally I hate the trailer...but I love the mold of OP and I fully see this as my last chance to get one with all the extras I been missing. When you consider that , and I LOVE MAKETOYS GIANT, most of these third party pieces are very easily broken or just simply will not stay together without modding, a 100$ price for a legit masterpiece is totally worth it. Youre always gonna have whiners but really the people that are crying about this can go eff themselves. There is nothing but good coming from this.

 

Oh what fun this will be trying to track this thing down now. *sigh*

I really hoped, at the very least, upped the quantity being made.

 

I have MP-10 so I'm already covered. But I do hope to see a couple at TRU. I just hope it won't be too hard to find. I'm hoping the $100 price tag helps it linger a bit in stores.

 

spoke to a guy at my local tru and he said that while the skn number is valid it does not show that any stores nearby are getting them anytime soon. he said that it is probably because its an exclusive item and it best to check back on the day they usually get their truck in. preferably in the afternoon after they have updated their systems. he also said since it is exclusive, they may not come in until closer to the holiday season like late october. so keep the item number handy and politely bug them until they come in!

 

Man, I can guarantee that the one with *MY* name on it isn't going to linger any longer than it has to. Calling it now!

True. I don't blame TRU for getting it or offering it at all (it's always better to have it out there in some fashion than to not have it at all), but I hope hope hope that trying to acquire it from TRU won't be as stressful as their previous two MP exclusives.
