Fortunately it would seem they have not learnt the lesson lego did wth their blind bagged minifigure lines.  

 

I kinda like the blind pack/trade system but on the flip side if I want to just get the 5th members of each team I dont want to be buying 100 packs or what ever.

 

Agreed I hope there's a solid system to identifying the contents when we need to.

 

Are they using the "Lego" blind pack system where everyone has about the same number of figures in a case or are they going the "Mega Bloks" system where they have rares and ultra rares?

 

hasbro is some sneaky ninjas when it comes to controlling leaks these days. mainly the only leaks occur when its an official leak when a product book gets out early, stolen chinese toys (well they are now vietnam toys) are a thing of the past.

 

Ha ha, I know what you mean. I usually go with my partner to feel up lego minifigs. I don't know if having two people doing it is better or worse. I do feel pretty shameful when parents and little kids are walking around. But when we get home with a bag full of new figs, it's all worth it!

 

Yeah, one of the last big leaks I can think of off the top of my head is Generations Deluxe Warpath.

 

i think the fe arcee, screamer and bee were leaked too iirc, strange, leaks stopped around the time the quality did

 

So has anyone else seen these aside from this one guy at a comic shop? If not, I'm strongly suspecting this guy just got really lucky by having a comic shop that is selling them way before they are supposed to be out.

 

Well, thankfully AM Breakdown has, for example, reviewed well and several FE figures set the bar quite high. While saying 'nobody leaks bad toys, only the ones they're excited enough to leak' might be a bit blunt, I'll be understated and say that nobody was going to tip us off about RiD Deluxe Airachnid.  

 

I'm going to buy the hell out of these when I see them. Now if only they'd sell the older Kreons individually so I don't have to buy the entire kits.

 

Like the Mega Bloks Halo mystery packs, codes may be different within new stocks. In the Mega Bloks Halo sets there are 8 usually within each wave, they all have 8 different codes for the different figures inside, if two codes match within the same shipment, their most likely the same figure. But get two different shipments of packs and the codes may very from each shipment. I have found some shipments that match but there are occasionally the odd ones out

 

Has anyone spotted these at retail yet? I see the other new kre-o sets are showing up (saw them myself in a TRU and kmart today). Also, do we know what stores will be carrying them?

I really want to find these guys!

on the ponies between waves they change the other numbers inbetween but the numbers to tell what ones you are looking for always stay in the same spot the second number and the second from last number so it is always easy to find who you are looking for. good news about finding the blind bag numbering for these though one of the other earlier numbers might correspond to the zero or one in the code as well they only showed us one bag so cant be sure of that or not.
