Lol. Red Alert's got add on siren light effects for his "horns". Strangely this may have tipped him over into must buy for me. Haha.

Pretty sure that's a gimmick inspired by "Auto Berzerk" or whatever the episode is called when Red Alert goes crazy and thinks everyone is out to get him. They animated his head with that energy going off while it was frying his brain.

Which means they're pretty much going by the G1 size charts for these guys, because that's exactly the height they're supposed to be.

I haven't really seen most of the G1 cartoon, but I've always thought Soundwave was shorter than Starscream.

Haha, yeah I knew Grimlock was about that much taller than Optimus Prime, but I obviously needed my memory refreshing on some other Dinobots, namely Snarl, Slag and Swoop.

In other news, I'm not sure we could get a Masterpiece Jetfire/Skyfire in that scale for under $300 lol.
