clear versions of OP and B2 given away to the participants of "Arms Up Challenge" There are two - A: Build Shining B2 (and get to keep it), B: create own "Arms Up' Optimus Prime. Both Challenge A and B give away Shining OP Micron.
Also the 3 single pack Arms Microns shown in the page (Gabu, Baru (according to the page I linked below, his name is Bogu...someone typo'ed) and Dai) will be sold prior to mass release at the event. If you buy all three, you can claim clear Firebolt at TF Booth.

I'm amazed at what a big part of the Japanese Prime toyline the Minicons\Microns are but they're not part of the American line at all.

Also: needs more Rhinohammer!

I'm getting the single pack ones, and I'm actually finding myself considering buying more of the Japanese releases because the two I've got, Skywarp and Terrorcon Cliffjumper, have really cool little figures which I think are a lot of fun. Skywarp's throwing star drill is just plain nuts!

So is the sword trio exclusive to the con, or just an early release of the first three capsule toys? Are they the same?

they're just an early release but they aren't capsule toys. the only capsule microns are the set of 4 thats out now and the next set with megatron, arcee, bulkead and the turtle. all of the other single micron releases are not gashapon.

I've bought many many more Arms Micron figures than I intended too because of the included Micron figures. Even though they don't feel like "true" Microns to me they still have me hooked and importing just about every release!

Oh hell. I hope trying to find the clear B.2 and O.P. on eBay isn't a bitch to do.

I have all of the ones released so far outside of the capsule microns, which are in my PoL, and as Flywheels stated, though they don't share the same vibe as the Unicron Trilogy minicons, they're a hell of a lot of fun. The main Arms Micron figures may be a bit of a disappointment due to the stickers, they're not awful and the microns they come with are really sweet and make the purchases worthwhile for me.
