In other words, it's fine to not like something, but a little discretion<sp> could and should've been exercised here and kept the negative comments to themselves.

All I can really say, Mirai, is just turn the other cheek and ignore the Negative Nancy's. Just keep doing what you love and keep having fun doing it. Hell, if I actually went to the Con one of these years and actually had the skills pull of a decent rig, I would soooo go as my namesake

And I know you've heard it a hundred times, both online and at the Con, but your Breakdown was absolutely awesome :
I don't plan on letting them get to me at all, really, but the number of times I've heard people within my own fandom call something that one of their fellow fans does is "terrible/disturbing," it tends to eventually make me want to snap on them. We're all trying to love the fandom here too, we just do it in a completely different way than the others.

I do very much plan to keep doing it no matter what, and thanks for the awesome comments. They're always appreciated.

Deviating from the rather serious topic of conversation we've had here, I'd like to ask who was featured in the Almanac portion of this magazine.

Also Pete, are there plans for more Almanac segments in 2013?

Got my magazine yesterday, the Allspark Almanac addendum entries are for Sky-Byte, Mindwipe and Blot. There is also a entry on Decepticon weaponry authored by gun enthusiast Ironfist on the armament of Blot, Strika, Mindwipe and Oilslick. Good read.

EDIT: Forgot to add, Strika's breast, err chest missiles are so wrong! Like the fembots from Austin Powers.

Hey Pete, why is Sideswipe back to his G1 red colors in the "Flash Forward" comic?

And Sky-Byte is based on the Lugnut toy. Future club exclusive, maybe?

Didn't realise my little comment sparked such an outrage. But, hey, it's how I feel. And if it helps any MiraiBaby, I was really refering to that creepy Swoop. I seem to recall you and your Breakdown outfit (from a video) and it's cool, but those other guys? Well, not so much.

I hope so. I want this toy from the first day I look him in this panel of Stunti-Con Job. Would be very nice to have Animated Sky-byte with the other Decepticons in my shelves.

So, you thought the gal who was in the Swoop outfit was "fat people in bad costumes"? Cause your post was clearly not about here...

I'm really glad I didn't join. Also who would a want a book with a bunch of fat people in bad costumes on the cover? It's bad enough all the Botcon comics have those horrible 'Lil-formers' people in the corner.

I'm not sure what you're getting at. My "post was clearly not about here?" You mean this thread? My post wasn't about this thread? Also, yeah, fat people in bad costumes. Crude, yes, but like many others I find cosplaying weird. I'd say I'm sorry, but I'm not. That's how I feel, and I was far from the only offender. If what you're getting at is me not being able to tell Swoop was a girl, well, they're in costumes, man. Besides, I really didn't plan to get into this big analysis when I pointed out a dumb cover. To me the Alamanac stuff is more worth talking about than people in costumes.
