Yeah, way to keep things in perspective, those prices are way better than the initial ones we saw.

These seem like final prices. BBTS and TFS both have these at $100. Usually BBTS and TFS price = RK + shipping.

So these prices are final. Also, the prices are really not that bad. I know this will be debated, but this is still the MP line.

If anything peeps should wait for the Hasbro releases. It will be interesting to see what price range Hasbro does it at. $40 maybe.

not sure if you are serious. logically those are the best deals already for a Takaratomy Masterpiece toy. standard business practice to go as low as cost price to break even. At $75 per piece that's pretty reasonable IMHO. If it will be too expensive for you then maybe you should skip them? ....anyway back on topic: I'm not too worried about avalibility and will get them closer to their release dates. Dec / Jan 2013 hauls sorted out! :D

These are the kind of prices the Masterpiece line needs to stick with.

Once you pay shipping from Hong Kong, you might change your mind.

And that's not a dig at RK.

Despite the price I have them preordered for now but here's hoping we hear something from Hasbro about these things making it to the states.

Typically, I don't know about these since I haven't checked the shipping prices, but usually full price + shipping from RK is still a little lower than full price alone from US stores.

In this case, weirdly enough, the total price with shipping is actually basically the same with RK when compared to BBTS or even TFsource. I came up with $343 shipped for all three from RK, $345 from TFsource and only $343 shipped from BBTS. I guess the US sellers finally decided they were losing enough sales to RK and wanted to be competitive once again. Personally, this is the first time I have not used RK in quite awhile, I went with BBTS.

For me, there is one major difference that allows me to save...my parents pay shipping for me. So that's why it matters for me.

I did that comparison too. I haven't pre-ordered, but with RK you have to pay via paypal (up front) and that's a big reason I usually don't use them. I'll likely wait to see what Hasbro announces at SDCC before jumping on these.
