I hope MP-13 is Soundwave!

Iv had breakdown preordered for a while now, so no big surprise there. I'm a huge Takara supporter of the MP line , an so SS is now preordered as well. I'm liking what I'm hearing MP13 cld possibly be so im jus gonna argee with everyone. Ill take any of the characters you guys/ an gals have mentioned so far.

That sounds like a joke about iPods from a few years ago... haha. Seriously though, what do others think that the effect of giving many characters that are smaller than MP-10 the Masterpiece treatment will be?

Someone earlier said effectively that the price will drop but the size of the core figure will shrink even more. This is probably more likely with the Takara release of the figure, and it's balanced by their form for offering generally more accessories than the Hasbro counterpart. I wonder what a Masterpiece version of Sideswipe's Action Master partner Vanguard woud look like. I doubt we'll have to worry about that though.

As for Hasbro's MP-12, maybe the smaller size and hopefully implied cost cut will see it released a more retailers. Maybe. Haha.

MP13 looks like Soundwave to me. The right shoulder is the giveaway I think, it's the right shape and all. I don't think Takara would make the shoulder cannon obvious in the silhouette because it would be to obvious then. Gotta keep people guessing.

Love how they seem to consistently be releasing two MP's a year! Would be even better if they could give us three a year, maybe a new figure every four month's would be sweet! and it would make the wait not so agonising between releases and get the line moving abit

Size mainly, cause at that size we already have BT/Alternator figures that fill that area and I just don't see the need for a duller and blockier figure in that same size specially at that price! I paid $80 for my MP Rodi, It just shocks me that they are asking twice as much for a smaller and simpler figure!

So now we have a 3rd scale in the MP line? This line is starting to lose coherence fast! So now we have MP-01 size, MP-10 size and MP-12 size? Didn't most of these robots have more or less the same humanoid size but very different alt sizes due to mass shifting in G1. I clearly remember Jazz and Sideswipe being as big as Astrotrain and the seeker in bot mode. If they are now using the alt mode as the scale, shouldnt the seekers be at least twice the size? Oh! And people saying MP-13 is a repaint... You can look at the shiloutte of 13 and the one of the black and white MP-12 in front of Prime and see they are nothing alike! So please stop spuying non-sense

If MP-13 is Soundwave I hope it's not the size of MP-12 Sideswipe.

I am a Slave to Wheeljack and Soundwave, but they are from 2 different team.

Who to choose?

It'd be such a let down if Soundwave wasn't at least eye to eye with Starscream
