True it isn't, but I imagine it'll re-ignite the interest.

I've heard the prototype Wonderfest Primes ranged from $1500-3000, pretty pricey, practically Lucky Draw prices.

Great to know this will be affordable. Last year's Tokyo Toy Show exclusives were available on e-tailers and even retailers in Asia. Hopefully it'll be the same case here. I really want an affordable Black Henkei Convoy

actual product name is "Shining Optimus Prime" for clear Optimus, and "Black Optimus Prime" for black Convoy under the Transformers United line. both prices 5,000yen.

So approx $63 USD

Count international shipping and markup etc and these are easily going to be $100 or maybe a litle more at online retailers.

I'm VERY interested in the Clear Prime.

Couldn't care less about the Black Convoy because I hate the Classics Prime mold but, congrats to those who will finally be getting it.

I think the repaints of WFC Megatron and Optimus were available (and still are) at TFS and BBTS fairly readily for around $100 or less, so I expect these to also be available there.

They will be mine. I have a KO version of Wonderfest but had to do lots of work to repair some QC problems. Can't wait to have the real thing.

also have two Ko's of the Wonderfest Prime and don't touch them due to fear of the legs snapping off like they do on the ko clear black primes. maybe I'll get a Ko Shadow commander to hide one of them.

Hopefully it'll be the case this year as well. Not to sure how the numbers were for the 2010 and 2009 exclusives, but I know the 2008 Clear Henkei Convoy was released in more limited numbers. Really hope this year's exclusives will be readily available.
