From the product manager (via Customer Service, who put me on hold to ask) I was told that it was offered to retailers here, but none would take it at this time... I've now rung up ToysRUs, to double-check, just in case... and it was lucky I did. This isn't going to help Hasbro's image here, but they gave me the wrong information. (looks like the retailers know more about Hasbro's products than Hasbro does) Masterpiece Optimus Prime WILL BE HERE. ToysRUs have two shipments coming in. One in late September (in stores early October), one in November (in stores for Christmas). Price will be AU$150. [Links are hidden for guests. News Credits: 2 | If it sees release in the UK as well, £100 would be a great price when you consider that's what 20th Prime cost in TRU. ![]() UK Beast Wars watchthrough feedback Looking for Arms Micron Breakdown right foot, can swap for left foot. |

Not loving the shade of blue that Hasbro picked - too light for my taste... *edit* ah, you probably meant $350AU....excuse me while I wipe the egg from my face... My stuff for sale |

Partly because of the number of releases derived from MP-1, I'd wondered if, say, a year or two from now an 'ultimate' version of MP-10 might include Drag/Huffer. Anyway, after getting a few Transformers from Robotkingdom's ebay store, I bought MP-10 from their own retail website for $260 to Australia. Even though I didn't combine shipping and save by spending more on anything else, haha, that's still $20-100 cheaper than most of the deals on ebay. Who knows? I could keep the Takara version misb 'til I can sell it and but the Hasbro version in the interim, but I haven't sold anything from my collections yet. |
