Finally, a clear look at Rumble and Kup!

 

Rumble looks pretty damn amazing, especially the head sculpt, can't wait to have him in hand!

Kup looks a tad underwhelming, no new head sculpt, just a repaint, but just the fact that it's Kup makes me want to buy him.

Kup's okay...I was hoping for a new head too, but I'll still pick it up.

 

Everything looks neat - except for the Bee repaint.

 

Rumble looks awesome. That's got to be the most blatant example of Prime transformers having faces in their chests though.

 

So... are we still getting deluxe Ironhide?

 

Most likely in a later wave. He's an easy redeco choice.

 

That mold looks better as Kup than Ironhide. Not really bulky enough to evoke the latter, but for Kup, it looks great.

And Rumble looks fantastic!

Airachnid, Rumble, and Dead End will look with my other Prime Dcons when they finally are release.

 

I'd assume it'll come in later, if not, there are solicits in for a Japanese release, so either way, an Ironhide version will happen. In fact it might even be that because Takara-Tomy is doing one version, Hasbro is doing the other, to ensure both get released to collectors in some form.

Rumble is my favourite of the bunch. Definite get for me. The chest head is very Gurren Lagann though, and that yellow bit looks like a tongue hanging out. It's... just a little crazy. But I like it.

 

How did the repaint of Ironhide get released first, that is ridiculous.

 

Rumble looks pretty cool, although the figure has a ton of shoulder kibble. Kup...eh, it's not terrible, but the mold is clearly intended to be Ironhide so, unless Kup appears on the show (or the only easy way to get Rumble is in a set with him), I'll probably skip it and just wait for Ironhide. Dead End has a much cooler headsculpt than I expected, but not enough to get me to buy the figure. Airachnid's a little plain, so I'm hoping the Takara version has some additional paint applications or something.

 

Kup is a pass. I was not impressed with Ironhide's mold.

Rumble actually looks pretty cool, maybe a foreshadowing of the character coming to the show?
Dead end is a maybe, it just looks eh
Bumblebee... hell no! Horrible decision
Few small issues with Airachnid, but she looks really cool, slender like on the show

Rumble is boss and Airachnid is pretty sweet.

 

This is the wrong line to expect that in-- if anything, Arms Micron Airachnid will probably have even less paint.

I was initially a bit bugged by Kup's lack of a new head, but upon closer observation, it seems that the head works equally well as him or Ironhide.
