Well, they emailed me out of the blue to say that these were new pre-orders of the FE set that was cancelled by Hasbro last year. Price point seems to be the same, fulfillment in June.

    We'll see, I suppose...

If that's true, then maybe we're one step closer to getting a outlet for the old FE figures?

I think what we're all really waiting for the is the person who decides this means TJ Maxx is about to fix the problem for them.

Damn thing cost $45 in Canada.

That's not a bad price. It's worth getting the set it for the kids, and the Megatron is really nice too, if you don't mind that it's deluxe size.

Yeah, I really wanted Megs and the kids. I'd have paid retail, but it never showed up! I ordered a case (of 4) after confirming with a fellow TF collecting co-worker that he wanted one, and I know my brother wanted one, so so long as I can find a local buyer for the 4th, I'm set.

That said, if these show up at Ross after I paid online retail for these things, I'll be PISSED.

I really wanted the deluxe figures for my desk at work, but now I have the Cyberverse versions so I'm not willing to pay any kind of markup.

I like set honestly. Optimus is actually not a half bad toy but Megatron is pretty sweet.

The kids are crap and so is the DVD.

I wonder how much extra it costs just to have those stupid kids in that set?

I wish this went back up BEFORE i bought the arms micron Megatron. I much prefer Megatron's gun from the entertainment pack than the giant arms micron.

And I really don't need 2 version of the deluxe Megatron. Oh well.

That set is definitely worth the $40 price point. If you don't have those deluxes yet, get it. Megatron is as about as close to perfect as you can get.

$40 is really good price, but I kinda need the money for more important figures, plus I dont have money to pay for the shipping :p

already have a set, but it's good to see this making a comeback. That megatron is great, the kids are an essential part of a Prime display, and the prime is... decent.
