But it's just the point of it... They bring it out over here so it should be easier to get... then because of something like "Language" issues we still don't get it and I still have to import it.. ughh...

See for us Canadians, Toys R Us is pretty much the main consolation we have when it comes to TF retail because of the exclusive things that they're willing to carry that nobody else in the country does, and sometimes where even the US doesn't get (in the recent case of the Entertainment Pack). However, since many of these products are made in such low volumes & not even intended for Canadian mass retail, they're don't have the bilingual packaging that Quebec is so anal about, effectively letting people there continually get screwed over by not only being outside of the US, but by also being outside the parts of Canada that have nice things to make up for it.

Granted, it's not always bad (there're perks of living there too such as being close to Ontario), but strictly in terms of exclusive TF product being available in stores, they really do get the shaft.

 

I've been there a while back and I remember it was kinda bare. I know it's bad to shop for TF's there and TRU is pretty bad in any country. The language stipulation is kind of ******ed since it's BI lingual. Most everyone can read and speak English there.

Ah, I wondered if that was the issue... Zut alors.  

I knew about the language laws there about signs and what not, but I didn't know they were THAT strict.

I don't think anyone's see the Arcee/Ratchet wave yet in Canada, so I wouldn't give up hope.

Still, seeing these rows and rows of FE and RiD Bumblebees makes me wonder when/if stores will want to order new cases...

 

Yeah. It's really weird. I mean sometimes I can get things with not a speck of French on the package... and it doesn't seem to be an issue. Yet sometimes (specially with the more, exclusive items, or special editions, like Rodimus, Unicron, etc..) seems like they either don't bother or for some reason aren't allowed (Like this Entertainment Pack?). Maybe they just don't suck up enough... I have no idea. It's just annoying. Because in the case of MP-10 US version Prime for example I finally have a chance to just walk into the store and get it instead of ordering it online and paying a boat load for shipping.. or import duty fee's... and I finally have a chance to just walk into a Toys R Us and get it... but most likely that wont be the case and NONE of the Toys R Us around here will get it... meaning I'll have to import it anyways!    

As for the FE Bee's... well at least it's only limited to Toys R Us...   But I agree... going into the store and just seeing rows of FE Bee on top of PRID Bee... it just ridiculous...

Yes, they are. I ordered yesterday at $44.99.

Today I check and they changed mine to $39.99... Nice surprise to see them lowering the price.
