As much as I don't really care about the rest of the FOC toyline, jazz, Starscream, Shockwave and Magnus look really good.

Then again, I might only want Starscream because his voice gives him super strength.

Look at the feet for the WfC Jazz and Sideswipe figures. They're sculpted to look like the wheels, but they aren't on a pin to rotate. They're static cast parts.

Anyway...

Fire Flight is Meh, but I'll buy him for fodder.
Starscream is turning out nicely but I hope he's taller than he appears.
Ultra Magnus looks cool as well but the idea of him being shorter than Generations Kup has me hesitant.
Kickback doesn't grab me too much. This is one instance where I'd rather he be a scout class instead of a deluxe. Plus he's got too much going on with him so I may pass.
Sideswipe looks way better than Jazz. I don't like the ult mode though but since I don't like my 2.0's bot mode either I'll buy this guy.

Fireflight looks amazing, but the "personality" seems all wrong for the character. It would make a GREAT Metalhawk though or a decent Strafe.

um... these clearly aren't aimed at little kids.. you think these are too kiddy.. but you're going to buy bobo legos instead? seems a little odd. but hey, it's your opinion.. i just think you need to check out the fischer price aisle a little before you start comparing these to them.

right.. but both wheels do rotate in it's alt mode. so at least they rotate when they're supposed to. but i do agree.. i'd rather they be the actual wheels from its alt mode.

Considering it was stated that Bruticus would be the test product to see how well combiners would work in the line, and the fact Superion is not in FoC (the Decepticons get Bruticus, Autobots have Dinobots), I think that's a safe assumption.

Hmmm, it DOES start to look better if thought of as Strafe instead of Fireflight...

Your first sentence confuses me. They aren't the wheels that show up in alt mode, period. The true front wheels are hidden inside the chest behind the locked shoulders.
