Looks like...Cybertron Defence Scattorshot? Bleh-- with a name like Ikebukuro Prime, I'd have expected a Celty-themed redeco of Prime Arcee.
^uhh, never? srsly, those are just promotional character campaigns, no solid announcement on or even if there will be any figures. however. I'm going to go out on a limb with that being Japan and the obvious fact that these are based on -- duh-- past and current modern TF toy lines. hopefully Takaratomy or whatever Japanese chain stores will hear us out!
Most of them are Legends plus the odd Deluxe so it does not seem impossible to make some of them as campaign toys if they wanted too ; though some look like they'd need an extra part or two. Perhaps they might get made as single or small run campaign pieces hand made by someone at Takara or a hired customiser like happened with that Black Dlx Optimus Prime Campaign prize. We need a Megathread to put them all in I feel as each is revealed.
No. Not even close from what I can see. My first thought is Hot Rod, but hard to make him out under the added detail -ZacWilliam, I can't quite place it but that chest piece is very familiar. This will bug me till I know... I'm going with Hot Rod for the moment. See the yellow bit of back wing under the arm....
The goggles confused me. Either way, it's often tough to tell the bases for these things, between the added details and the art style.
I'd have to say Hot Shot in some form... Seeing as they are putting goggles on the Prime Hot Shot redeco... Yeah.
