You'll care they are stickers when you see them lumpy over curved surfaces.

 

Bulkhead looks positively...yellow. o_o; I don't have a problem with that mould, but these colours seem rather questionable. Doesn't help that the Micron AND the ports are a completely different, clashing shade of green. The Micron's actual design looks pretty sound, though-- I may order it separately once it becomes available and use it with my Hasbro one. When it actually reaches the East Coast...and then NYC from there... *grumble*

Arcee is about as stickerrific as I'd expected. The pink Micron looks moronic, and I'm pretty sure the blade will look grossly oversized on her arm. And...those ports on her wings really do look like giant, pink nipples. It's freaking me out, man...

No they are. In the High Res pic you can see on the fender of her bike that it's a sticker. Just by how it's lifting a bit.

Yes she does look good. But so does the Hasbro version. I am just wondering if the Blue is different. I guess you didn't see the High-Res pic then. You can tell her side things and the crest are still silver. No pink stickers. So either there are none or they didn't put them on for the photo...

I also like that Bulk's wheels are painted.

Bulkhead might even be better than the Hasbro one.

I really hope you're right about that. I recall thinking it would be stupid for AM Ratchet to have a sticker going over the moulded detail on his grille, yet they went through with that anyway...

 

The Arms Micron series has been this strange mix of equal parts tempting and repellant for me.

I had to go transform my Arcee to see if those added plugs would fit where they are supposed to go or not.

I think Bulkhead's minicon is pretty adorable. It literally looks like what I'd imagine you get if you went up to Derrick Wyatt and asked him to draw a minicon for Bulkhead.

Yeah, it kinda does! I have actually noticed that 

 

eventhough if it were stickers, all one needs to do is use a silver sharpie and the problem of unpainted hub-caps are a non-issue.

Arcee is a must buy now, the pink micron doesn't hurt either.

 

Are'nt those decepticon microns on the right side new colorways some kind of Shadow team?

Anyway. I will definitely pick up bulkhead and Arcees microns, once they get re-released down the line especially with Arcee's, if they do that micron in a better colorway.

Current plan is to pre-order most of the indivual microns that come out. So I can Arms Up the Hasbro versions. They may have fewer ports. But It should be a satisfying full circle concept. Breaking the Chains.

Bulkheads micron is a cool compromise between Blaster and mace but in robot mode its just kind of a weighty sumo style micron. Not much articulation. But It should stand up.

 

Sometimes,we got to accept what Takara gave us.

 

No we don't. We can just buy the superior Hasbro versions.
