NOT true. You just have to know how to enter them. UPC's DO work at Target if the very last number of UPC is not entered. Many Target employee's are not aware of it though. Either way it doesn't matter; entering in that UPC will just bring up the deluxe DPCI. (Which hasn't changed since someone was asking earlier. They don't "change" unless its a new line.)

My TRU said they're next truck is Wednesday, and to call Wednesday morning. No doubt that it'll have this wave since these are in Tex.

And honestly, wouldn't you rather have 1 or 2 important or exciting updates about the game rather than 10 updates of fluff that some companies are so eager to provide?

One store getting them isn't indicative of another chain getting them. Better chance at you finding them at Target then your TRU.

See at the Target also there were multiple others of wave 1 and 2 but not a single Vehicon or Hotshot so is there a possibility this is a fluke one got mixed in another wave??? Maybe?

Not necessarily. I just checked a Target and TRU and they didn't have any. And all the TRU's around Houston have pegs clogged with Bees and Cliffs. I know this because I had a friend check the stock on the computer. They all show up with at least 15 on the pegs. There is a chance they will arrive though. But after a first sighting, a wave usually only pops up one case a weekish, this is usually at Target or Walmart from my experience. TRU seems to be a bit slow with new waves.
