Wal-Mart will get them, sooner or later. However, due to space issues, it might only be one or two cases, so if you see the figures, don't hesitate, grab 'em.

Ain't it always the way? lol

The UPC will only work at K-Mart, Wal-Mart and TRU. (Even then, TRU prefers the skn number)

For K-Mart, leave the UPC as is.
For Wal-Mart, use the following: 065356974306 (always add a 0 to the start, remove the last number.)
For TRU, use the UPC as is, or use the SKN: 363356

UPCs don't work at Target. They do, but they don't. You need the DPCI to find them, actually.

Yes you did, but you still didn't get what you want. The DPCI is: 087-06-0546

And remember, people, the UPCs, SKNs and DPCIs cover the size class, and don't specifically pinpoint the exact figure you're looking for. You'll need to have your store(s) run the number(s) and then speak to an associate/employee who will check the pegs and the back stockroom for the specific figure(s) you're looking for.

Sorry, that's just how it is.

My personal Wal-Mart has a policy of not to order until every figure is off the pegs. A few Nitro Bumblebees and Starscreams literally sat there until they were covered in dust and we never got wave 4... It took forever to get wave 3 as well due to Topspin. What appear to be the same Wheeljack and a few Bees have been there on my last few trips. Though nothing as bad as when one single Goldar stopped them from ordering any more toys from the MMPR 2010 line...

I usually have to rely on Target... Just picked up an Arcee and I'm very excited to get a Knockout. Its a shame his partner won't be out alongside him. Still not sure about the Vehicons though. I feel like I'd have to buy an army...

Good to see these showing up, I had the 3 set preordered at BBTS, but really dont want Hot Shot or Knock Out so I cancelled it in hopes I can just find a single Vehicon.

Cool, I'll probly see them soon, then.
Not like those damn generations, which took a few months to get over here.

Not like this is a big deal/not trying to be a dick here, but UPCs should work everywhere (well, anywhere that has an electronic inventory system anyway), as that's literally the ID of whatever product is in the system, and its usually the same as the barcode, as that's just the UPC number in scan-friendly language. The trouble comes when you run across the odd product that has a barcode (but not a number below it), but I haven't seen that with Transformers, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Stores will often use their own product numbers that're linked to the said UPC (you can often have multiple UPCs direct to a single product number which is how you have different products from a single wave or line advertised under a single "generations" tag or whatever (TRU does this which is why Bumblebee & Arcee show up the same on your receipt), but anyone at Target or whatever who claims otherwise (aka, people at Target who say they can't look into something if you give them a UPC) either don't know what they're doing, don't have an RF gun or computer in the store, or otherwise have a horribly configured system/permission settings because that's what you scan or key in to buy the said product or even look up anything on it, and that's what's unique to each product.

That's why if you look at the number below the barcode, you'll see that variants from the same wave/line will still have their own numbers, at least stuff of this nature that's not from a dollar store, etc. There's a little more to it than this, but eh. Keeping it simple never hurts :)

For what it's worth, for all the times you guys have gotten the shaft from distributors, I'm sure not all of us hate when we see something hit your area first.

Honestly, I'm guessing that's just an exaggeration, as they wouldn't be in business if they literally waited until they had 0 stock of something before placing an order. That's just not how retail works, especially mass retail, and especially when you're talking about Wal-Mart that has more stroke than most (if not all) of their suppliers & that often deals on consignment basis which means that they bring shit into the store, but don't really have to pay for it until it sells.

Great. I really hope Vehicon is re-released in future waves. Out of all the figures to be shortpacked...

Knowing the scalpers in my area, I'll be lucky if I find him a month from now.
