    With the reveal of Artfire this week, now seemed like a good time to share this gallery! United Stepper was the Generations 2011 book exclusive, an excellently done update of Stepper in the Classics style. He's outright one of the most impressive pieces I've had the opportunity to see in hand from the Classics series, with the black, white and gold all complementing each other nicely. He looks awesome on his own, and I have no doubt on how amazing he'll look when displayed with Artfire.

    I want this figure, but I'm definitely in the same boat of waiting for a sale... that'll prolly never happen.

    Wow, they have quite a number of stock waiting in storage. I need to be patient too. :D  Hmm.. BBTS have nothing to loose by discounting them..even selling them $60 a pop a decent sum would be made. :)

    ha, i doubt it'll ever go that low... i think BBTS might do 25% off at some point, making him around $90, but i kinda doubt we'll see him drop below that... but who knows... kinda wish BBTS was going to Botcon this year, it'd be nice to haggle for one...

    yeah, i'm kinda hoping to find one too, but we'll see what happens.

    In what universe can they make "a decent sum" by selling a toy for less than it cost them? The Generations book cost about $35, Stepper cost $60 and then they had to get the items shipped to them.

    It's a gorgeous piece - well worth seeing if Bodhar or one of the other dealers has any at Botcon.

    The backdrop - decided to go with blue because white on white is really hard to do while keeping the detail at a level I'd be happy with. For consistency's sake, it was then better to stick with the same backdrop throughout. Chalk it up to a creative decision.

    just wondering if you actually know how much Stepper originally costs? the $110 price-tag (not counting the cost of the book, as they only sell the toy alone) is obviously after factoring in middle-man and import costs. say okay-maybe $60 is stretching it, and they want to loose the 300+ stocked items fast-- how do they do it? maybe by reducing it to say $85? Id still buy it for that price. Anything less than what it is currently going for, that;s for sure! :lol

    well, they could order 2 with each book right? so at most, it cost them about 80 each... but they've also gotta get some sort of discount for ordering as many as they did... still, i hope for a sale at some point...

    I doubt the price will come down, now that artfire has been revealed....completists...gotta have them all...I will get this...gotta sell some things...

    That's the single negative thing I could say about it. Otherwise it's incredibly well done. Definitely one of my recent faves in my collection and I'm definitely excited to get Artfire to stand behind it on my shelf.
